Shipping

We ship worldwide. 

Products are generally shipped 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. After an item is shipped, all tracking is controlled by the courier and can be found via confirmation email.

Please note that we are not responsible for any orders that have been delivered due to a inaccurate entries of address by the customer. 

Pick Up Option

You can pick up your order at SV House of Fashion (inside Majestic City, 2900 Markham Rd Scarborough) from 12PM-7PM, Tuesday - Sunday. You must show proof of order (email confirmation) to pick up in store.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

We inspect all items before sending it out to ensure that they are not defective.

If a product has been damaged during shipping, you have 3 days from delivery to report the item as damaged. Email us at hello@shopnyra.com with an image and video identifying the damage. You may be asked to return the item for further inspection. The return is at the expense of the buyer, whether it be shipping or drop-off. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed as damaged, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Refunds from a damaged item can take 5-10 business days.
